The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with good Wi-Fi. the room was spotless and new-fashioned, equipped with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. - the staff were welcoming and courteous, paying close attention to detail and customer service. - the location was fantastic, just 12 miles from the airport.

Enjoyed a trendy and modern room with a view of Table Mountain, two double beds, and a spacious bathroom, perfectly located within walking distance to all our destinations.

Breakfast was buffet-style and always fresh and appetizing. Dining, buffet or a la carte, was excellent too. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given certain "extras" for no charge!

More wardrobe space would have been nice and the shower leaked onto the floor.

The location was awesome for me, just off the V & A Waterfront, which is a plus for all guests visiting Cape Town. There are nearby restaurants and the airport.

Neat and stylish units on the first level. Particularly good and unbeatable location, just a short stroll away from a giant observation wheel. And adjacent to at least the part of the waterfront where tourists are as well as Albert waterfront area.

The breakfast was delicious and amazing with a variety of food and good drinks. the room was reasonably spacious and had a tea and coffee maker, with a lovely view of Cape Town.

Staff were very helpful and made us feel valued. When they learnt our trip was part of a honeymoon break they had a complimentary bottle of champagne, chocolates and rose petals on our bed. The room was clean and well maintained and the concierge was so helpful with information about site seeing.

The check-in process was quick, they have on-site parking, with modern rooms that offer stunning views and a great location near the Electric.

I had a new-fashioned double room with a nice view of Cape town. The restaurant was good for dinner and for every budget.

We were extremely impressed with this place! The location is perfect as it is in the center to all attractions, with the V&A Waterfront Shopping Mall and many restaurants close by. The service was exceptional, with staff who paid close attention to detail and customer service. Upon request, they provided room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the dining experience, with a restaurant that offered in-room breakfast and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to all our needs.

One minor downside may be that the staff can be a bit rude and do not always deliver good service. However, this hotel is highly recommended for families as it offers a wide range of amenities and services.
